Robert J. Brownsberger, MD

Board certified in pain medicine, Dr. Brownsberger graduated with honors from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1981. In return for a scholarship, he served as U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander and flight surgeon. Now, he works with patients combatting unresolved and persistent pain.


Stephen Sirota, MD

Stephen Sirota, M.D., a native of New Jersey, received his medical degree from New York Medical College. Following medical school, Dr. Sirota completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. During this time, he also served as staff physician for the New York City Marathon and the United States Disabled Sports Championships.


Joel Braun, MD

Dr. Braun, M.D. is a board-certified physician specializing in interventional pain management. He double majored in Biology and Chemistry from Ashland University and earned a Master’s degree in Biology from the University of Akron. He graduated from Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2003.


Bradley Williams, MD

Dr. Williams is Fellowship trained in sports medicine for both surgical and non-surgical issues. He also frequently provides second opinions for all shoulder and knee complaints and also has extensive experience in pediatric and fracture care as well as advanced arthroscopic or minimally invasive surgeries.


Judah Pifer, MD

Raised in Prescott, Dr. Judah Pifer is a licensed orthopedic surgeon, fellowship trained in surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Pifers’ general orthopedic surgery practice includes large and small joint arthroscopy of the shoulder knee and ankle, fracture care, and total joint arthroplasty. He specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.


Dorian Lange, CEO and Co-Founder

Dorian is responsible for the management, administration and business development
for multi-disciplinary specialty clinics throughout central Arizona that provides
integrative treatment protocols for pain management, as well as physical and rehabilitative medicine.


Shay Davis, AGACNP-BC

Shay is a board certified Adult-Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and received her degree from Grand Canyon University. Prior to obtaining her NP degree, Shay worked as an RN in orthopedics and pain management for ten years. She also has a bachelor's degree in psychology from NAU. Shay is interested in multiple modalities to help her patients achieve improved function and an optimal quality of life.  


Michelle Boyer, PA

Michelle Boyer graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, as a Physician Assistant in July 2000. She specializes in spine related work including physical medicine, rehabilitation, spine surgery and pain management.


Heather Yorba, Finance Manager

Heather has been in finance for 16 years. Starting in the banking community she quickly was able to move up within the banking industry. This experience gave her the opportunity to find her passion working with business both small and large. During her time working in the merchant service industry, Heather managed small local business as well as large high-risk businesses.


Stella Crozier, ASC Administrator & Billing Manager
